Kilometer-Based Pricing
Outstation cabs are billed on actual round-trip kilometers with a standard 250 km/day minimum cap. Sedans start from ₹14/km, SUVs from ₹18–₹20/km.
Standard Driver Bata
Driver subsistence allowance (₹300–₹500/day) covers food and highway standby. Trips running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur a night bata.
Tolls & Permits at Actuals
Fastag toll plaza fees, temple/airport parking, and interstate border permits (AP, Pondicherry, Karnataka) are payable directly as per actual receipts.

Driver Bata is the standard food and daily subsistence allowance for outstation chauffeurs (typically ₹300 to ₹600/day depending on vehicle class: Sedan, SUV, or Tempo Traveller). For trips departing before 6:00 AM or operating past 10:00 PM, a standard night driving allowance applies.

Acting driver fees for your personal car are ₹600 for the first 4 hours (City Short Duty) or ₹900 for 8 hours (City Full Day) within Chennai. Additional driving time is charged at ₹150 per extra hour. For outstation driving duties, a transparent daily driver bata applies (₹600 to ₹800/day depending on vehicle class).
